- For custom software development, IT consulting, and web projects, once a project has started and resources have been allocated, fees are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled by the client before work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.

2. Digital Products & Licenses
- All digital products, software licenses, and downloadable solutions are non-refundable once delivered/activated.
- Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, demos, or trial versions (if available) before purchasing.
3. Subscription Services (SaaS / Hosting / Cloud Solutions)
- Subscription-based services are billed in advance.
- No refunds will be provided for partial usage or unused subscription periods.
- Clients may cancel subscriptions anytime, and services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Payment Gateway / Transaction Fees
- Any transaction charges, payment gateway fees (Easebuzz/other providers), or bank charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase/activation.
- Delay in project delivery due to client-side issues (e.g., late approvals, missing content/data).
- Services already rendered or products already delivered.
- Misuse of software, breach of license agreement, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
7. Cancellation by Company
- In rare cases where Sushila Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. cancels a service/project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full or pro-rata refund, depending on the service stage.
