1. Delivery of Digital Products & Software

  • All software licenses, source code, applications, and digital products are delivered electronically via:
    • Email, secure download links, or client dashboards.
    • Cloud deployment or server installation, as per the project scope.
  • Delivery timelines are communicated in the project agreement/proposal and vary depending on service complexity.

2. Service-Based Deliverables

  • For custom IT projects, websites, and mobile apps, deliverables are provided in phases as agreed upon with the client.
  • Access credentials, hosting setup, and software handover are delivered after full/partial payment confirmation, as per contract terms.

3. Subscription / SaaS Services

  • Clients purchasing subscription-based or SaaS services will receive account login credentials and activation details within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
  • Renewals are activated immediately upon successful payment processing.

4. Physical Deliveries (if applicable)

  • If hardware or packaged software (CDs, pen drives, documents, etc.) is included in a project, we will ship via reputed courier services.
  • Delivery timelines depend on location but typically range from 7–10 business days within India.
  • Tracking details will be shared with clients via email.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays may occur due to:
    • Client-side delays (late approvals, incomplete content/data).
    • Technical issues beyond our control (hosting/server downtime, third-party API failures).
    • Force Majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, etc.).
  • In such cases, clients will be notified immediately.

6. Confirmation & Acceptance

  • For digital/software products, delivery is considered completed once the access credentials, download link, or final build is shared with the client.
  • Clients are responsible for promptly reviewing and confirming acceptance of delivered services.
